2070B is a critical take on the Olympic Delivery Authority?s (ODA) approach ?Demolish. Dig. Design? by transforming the blue fence into a temporary exhibition space. Past images of the future sports venues from the inside of the fence are being displayed and later on erased; whatever has existed previously is being demolished. Blue paint takes over. The ODA?s attempt to erase the past of the Lower Lea Valley will leave a bleak space behind, which cannot be filled by constructing a futuristic Olympic Park.
